Challenge
Create a dynamic leash concept, package and logo in order to generate a new interest amongst young surfers in a historic surf company, XM Surf More. Make a product that is both kids think is cool and also parents are happy about purchasing because of the decreased chance of a shark showing interest in the surfer.
Solution
The XM SEA SNAKE gives some peace of mind knowing your leash looks like a striped Sea Snake that sharks have been known to avoid. With a new infusion method developed in urethane cord design allowing for stripes. XM created a point of difference in the market place.
